Job description
Context :
You will join the Axens Sales Skills and Transformation (ASKT) project team led by the Customer Centricity Project Manager. This teams is cross-functional as its team members are from Sales, HR and Transformation/Change Management department.
This team is in charge of:
· Deploying innovative sales methodologies and associated monitoring sales tools throughout Axens group.
· Transforming sales processes in order to reach customer centricity.
· Ensuring good adoption in order to increase sales margin.
In order to support the ASKT team and roll-out the 2025 road map, we are looking for an intern for long term internship (3 months minimum) starting from April / May 2025.
Tasks and activities:
As part of the Axens Sales Skills and Transformation team, you will support the Customer Centricity Project Manager in the deployment and adoption of new sales methodologies. This includes activities such as
o Knowledge management to measure adoption rate and usage of the new version of the CRM, Business Rules, and other tools linked to Strategic Selling.
o Training program follow-up with promotion and organization of reinforcement activities / events etc.
o Community Management of the internal champions and sales managers.
Desired profile
Profile :
o Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), ideally with a specialization in Strategic Marketing or from a Business School.
o Proficient in English (content creation, meetings, etc.); a test will be conducted during the interview.
o Comfortable with general computer tools and particularly proficient in Excel.
o Passionate about data analysis.
o Strong team spirit; will join a multicultural team with diverse profiles.
o Curious and open-minded, eager to learn and develop new skills.
o Demonstrates rigor, logical thinking, excellent spelling and writing skills (both in English and French), and possesses strong professional etiquette and interpersonal skills.
o 3 to 5 months in 2025
