Experienced Process Engineer (F/M)

Context:

Axens Project Operations Business Division (POP) mission is to provide advanced technologies, basic engineering design, modular units design and technical services to its customers.

We are looking for Senior Process Engineers for the POP Process Department
In the Process Department we work on basic engineering projects and Modular Units Projects development for our customers but also on new technologies development.

Assigned to one of the Process Groups, you will be involved into international projects and quickly supervising the design of Axens process units.
Your main activities will be to:
- Supervise and manage the Process team work on license or module projects,
- Coordinate the activities with other departments (Drafting, Engineering, Project, Technology…),
- Train junior Process engineers,
- Ensure a good relationship with customers,
- Participate in new technologies and new market development,
- Contribute to integrate site feedbacks in order to continuously improve units designs.
This mission involves travels for international technical meetings and seminars.

Desired profile

Knowledge and Required Level:

You have a Degree in chemical engineering (Master of sciences or equivalent), and at least 5 years of experience within an engineering company / or within the refining, petrochemical or gas industry / or within chemical or biochemical industries :
You are experienced in Process basic and/or detail engineering tasks, such as:

- Process Modeling using chemical engineering softwares (Pro II, Hysys, etc),
- Equipment specification (pumps, compressors, drums, etc),
- Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID),
- Process control and Safety.

Fluent in English, another language(s) is appreciated.
