Context :

AXENS's Technology and Technical Services Division (TTS) is responsible for developing and providing advanced technologies and technical support to their clients in the refining, petrochemical, and gas industries. This division focuses on delivering innovative solutions that optimize the performance and efficiency of industrial processes.

Within the Technology and Technical Services division, AXENS offers a wide range of technologies, including catalysts, adsorbents, and process technologies. These technologies are designed to enhance the performance of chemical reactions, purify and separate feedstocks, and optimize the design and operation of industrial plants.

Tasks and activities:

Within the frame of Connect'In development and rise, TTS Gasoline Product Line has ambitious objectives for the digital follow-up of Prime-G+ around the world.

You will be part of our operational teams, hence receiving the guidance of highly skilled engineers, as you discover and gain in-depth insights into Axens technologies process design. With connections with Digital Applications Dpt., you contribute also for the rise of digital applications devoted to technical assistance and development of customers understanding.

This will be achieved with the following objectives for the apprentice:

§ Collection/transformation of the data, advanced data base management.

§ Digital model configuration and adaptation to Connect'In.

§ Creation of advanced calculation routines and Python scripts.

§ Design of advanced mathematical method and machine learning models dedicated to reals units. Implementation and configuration of in-house models/tools for digital applications.

§ Macro development for excel models

Desired profile

Profile :

§ You have a Bac+2 on Digital and Informatic field, a general experience on refinery and petrochemical application is welcomed

§ You are curious and open to the world and you are seeking to work in an international environment.

§ You are motivated by the refining, petrochemical and renewables sectors and you are keen on the energy-sector changes set to occur in the coming years.

§ Proactive, team spirit, analytical and interpersonal skills. Curiosity, strategic mindset and ability to understand the big picture.

§ Fluent in English.
