Your work environment:
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the IT department, part of GIE AXA Service.
Within this Department, you will be part of the IT Excellence team, in charge of the Architecture, Developments and Cloud expertise.
Your job and daily missions:
- Technical Expertise
- Help to define and maintain technical roadmaps for local distributed infrastructures (Windows, Linux, VMWare, Network)
- Review and assess technical architecture and technical choices in line with AXA entities requirements
- Create and maintain Technical IT procedures (Change Management, Technical Debt, …)
- Governance:
- Contribute and support to technical governance meetings (ASB, GLAC..).
- Lead the Change Management Board for GIE 3.
- Local Infrastructures and Cloud platforms follow-up:
- Incident Management on local infrastructure
- Management of technical debt on all platforms
- Remediation and patching tasks (as per AXA standard baselines)
- Change Management
- In charge of the Change Advisory Board for AXA GIE with all the SMEs (Security, Workplace, Architecture)
- Review and assess normal and standard changes and its impacts
- Create and share reports
- Assist users on Change Methodology and processes
- IT for IT
- Be the owner and Support for tools: JIRA / Confluence / GitHub
- Contribute to new projects within GIE on Local infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or container technologies (OpenShift / OpenPaaS)
- Follow-up IT skills at CIO Office:
- Technical positions interviews follow up
- BAU Technical support for Project Managers (SSL certificates, DNS, domain names whitelisting, SSO deployment, etc…)
