Are you a risk & actuarial professional with extensive knowledge in P&C business and Risk Management topics including Internal Model related ones? If so, we want you to join our team As an actuarial & risk Internal Auditor, you will be part of the Group Finance and Risk Management Audit team that monitors and reviews the effectiveness of the internal control and risk management framework operated within the Group.

You will be involved in performing internal audit reviews of AXA SA and AXA Liabilities Managers as well as coordinating transversal reviews performed at the same time across the world by local audit teams using the audit approach developed centrally. You will also be involved in assisting local entities in performing risk and actuarial audits and provide support on technical related questions.

As part of the risk and actuarial team, you will have the opportunity to:

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Conduct Internal audit reviews covering more particularly Risk Management and P&C actuarial topics of the AXA SA and AXA Liability Managers.

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Support internal audit teams of subsidiaries when auditing P&C and Risk Management actuarial related topics;

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Develop and maintain audit programs on P&C and Risk Management themes (framework, reporting, models, reinsurance, etc.) and ensure that the highest operational standards are consistently adopted across the Group;

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Perform quarterly reporting of audits issues to the Group top management including (Group CRO/GCUO etc.);

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Actively contribute to build the Risk Management & Actuarial Community (“RAC”) of circa 80 persons with a risk and actuarial profile. This could include developing training programs that may be of interest to the wider community.

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Assist in developing R&D tools, e.g., use of Data Analytics in audits, reporting tool etc.

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Play an active role in recruiting, developing, maintaining appropriate skills and capabilities within the team to support actuarial & risk management audits;

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Participate in ad-hoc projects bringing technical expertise as determined by the Head of Finance and Risk audit;

<-- [if supportLists]-->· <--[endif]-->Liaise with other actuarial family members within the Group to build a network and identify new audit opportunities.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role, you will need:

· Around 2 to 3 years experience as an actuary in P&C with strong technical understanding of Pricing, Underwiring and Internal Model

· Proficiency in English and French is mandatory;

· Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to perform audits on technical risk management concepts;

· Sturdy qualitative risk-based thinking and problem-solving skills;

· Willingness to travel for up to 10% of the time;

· A good understanding of Solvency aII and IFRS17 would be highly valued.

· Knowledge of modeling tools like Prophet, Sunrise would be highly valued.
