Job description

Main missions:
As part of the transversal controlling team, you will support IT Services departments needs in term of global monitoring in day-to-day life. You’ll provide a useful point of contact between AXA GO support functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, …) and IT Services departments, capable of collecting, consolidating & explaining to all stakeholder’s key elements, foster improvements and drive changes. You’ll be part of a team focused on the IT Services department of Corporate Functions Global Products and Business & Data Global Products.
Main Responsibilities:
Budget update & follow-up:
- Collaborate with the operational managers to collect and consolidate data in order to prepare budget and forecast.
- Update the budget tool on a monthly basis (rolling forecast) especially on staff costs
- Challenge the operational managers on their figures to guarantee accuracy of figures compared to the operational reality.
- Collaborate with financial controller to explain the variations and alert in case of discrepancies.
Time tracking:
- Support operational managers in creating activities, tasks and assigning resources.
- Guarantee 100% of time tracking by end of each month (send reminders).
- Coordinate the monthly rework campaign.
Sourcing:
- New position/Replacement/Renewal
- Process end-to-end monitoring
- Coordinating & synchronizing with stakeholders
- On/Off-boarding process follow-up
Workforce Evolution:
- Collaborate with operational managers to maintain a high level of visibility in terms
- of current workforce, forecast and sourcing strategy plan.
- Challenge the operational managers to build the sourcing strategy plan.
- Support the operational managers in the sourcing process (request creation).
- Manage the on/offboarding processes (request for equipment, badge and account creation).
Procure To Pay:
- Operational support P2P lifecycle based on practices & tools awareness to support global standardization of processes and keep transparency on budget expenses.
- Vendors creation
- Creation PO
- PO receipt
- Follow up with different stakeholders
Reporting and communication:
- Deliver monthly reporting (KPIs and comments) to manage the monitoring activities
- Share status to the Head of department, product lines and products managers.
- Prepare communications to various types of stakeholders and different contexts
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Key Skills Required:
Education:
· Bachelor or Master Degree
W ork Experience:
· 3 to 5 years of experience in operational controlling or Project Management Officer role or similar
· Financial background or work experience
· Drive or assist context(s) involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholders
Technical skills:
· Financial acumen (actual, forecast, analysis)
· Strong capability of analysis and synthesis
· Efficient communication and fluency in English
· Good level on MS Office suite: Excel (pivot table, vlookup,…), PowerPoint, PeopleSoft is a +.
Soft skills:
· Curiosity
· Open and customer-oriented mindset
· Good sense of organization (attention to details, multitasking, organize topics, set the pace…)
· Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide teams
