We are looking for our next Environmental and Social Impact intern as of mid-July 2025 at our AXA Headquarters

Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within Communication, Brand and Sustainability, you will join the Group Sustainability team as Environmental and Social Impact Intern.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting the team on research, and analysis to contribute to strategy definition, project scoping, speaking opportunities preparation, etc.
• Gathering and formalizing information on Sustainability topics such as Inclusive Protection (including ‘Women in insurance initiative’), Transition & Adaptation Insurance and Responsible Savings across the Group.
• Benchmarking internally and externally to identify and leverage best practices (including for instance summary of webinars or reports)
• Participating in data collection & analysing KPIs against environmental targets
• Contributing to AXA’s environmental footprint reporting and AXA participation in voluntary ESG surveys

Qualifications :

Who You Are

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at a Business School, University, or Engineering School, seeking a 6-month internship.

·  Fully fluent in English and French (oral and written); additional languages like Spanish or German are a plus.
·  Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Multi-tasks oriented and capacity to prioritize and deliver results within a given time.
·  Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
·  Knowledge of sustainability issues is a big advantage.
