What you'll do
As part of the Nectar360 Commercial team, your role will involve supporting the growth of the Digital Trading Platform and driving profit growth from Nectar360's data-driven media offering. You will provide exceptional customer service to internal Client Services and Digital teams, maintaining financial trackers, ensuring accurate invoicing, and resolving any issues that arise. Building effective relationships and delivering an outstanding service experience will be key, as you support the Digital Media team in meeting revenue targets, responding to briefs, pitching the Nectar360 offering, and growing client accounts. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and undergo training to enhance your understanding of Nectar360's digital services and the broader digital landscape. Through your proactive approach, strong presentation skills, and ability to collaborate effectively, you will contribute to the success and credibility of the digital team across the organisation.

Your role is vital in maintaining financial accuracy, managing client relationships, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes to optimise efficiency. With a strong understanding of our digital services and the wider digital landscape, you confidently present our offerings to agencies and clients, pitch our solutions, and nurture accounts to meet revenue targets. Your collaborative nature, proactive mindset, and ability to think creatively contribute to fostering positive change and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. By demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and consistency in your work, you enhance the credibility and impact of the digital team across the organisation.
We are committed to being a truly inclusive retailer, so you’ll be welcomed whoever you are and wherever you work. Around here, there’s always the chance to try something new - whether that’s as part of an evolving team or somewhere else across the business - and we take development seriously and promise to support you. We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we’ll also offer you an amazing range of benefits. Here are some of them:

You'll also be able to share in our success as you may be eligible for a performance-related target bonus of up to 5% of salary (which may vary for Nectar360), depending on how we perform.
Your wellbeing is important to us too. You'll receive an annual holiday allowance and you can buy additional holiday. We also offer other benefits that will help your money go further such as season ticket loans, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, pay advance (where you can access some of your pay before pay day) as well access to a great range of discounts from hundreds of other retailers. And if you ever need it there is also an employee assistance programme.
