Arago is accelerating its development around AI-driven HR & Finance transformation solutions.
As part of this strategic evolution, we are opening a new position focused on Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies in HR contexts within our pre-sales organization.
This is not a traditional pre-sales role. We are looking for a tech-driven, AI-oriented profile capable of bridging innovation, technical feasibility and business impact.
🌍 With headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), and an international presence across Europe, Africa, Asia and South and North America, we support our clients worldwide during and after the deployment of their transformation projects.
We are looking for a Human Resources Information System Pre-Sales Specialist with good skills in AI Tech based in Paris, Bordeaux or internationally.

In your role as HRIS & AI Tech Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll have the following key responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their HR requirements and challenges, but also complex transformation challenges and identify AI-driven opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings, adopting a consultative and advisory posture to guide discussions toward innovative and viable solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of customized proposals and responses to RFIs (Request for Information) & RFPs (Request for Proposals) with strong AI positioning.
- Establish feasibility and profitability criteria for the response strategy in the key dimensions of planning, solution choice, delivery model, and budgeting.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
- Ensure successful project start-up and smooth handover from Sales to Delivery teams.
- Stay up to date with HR & AI, cloud and SaaS market trends and competitor innovations.
- Participate in events, conferences and workshops to represent the company and strengthen market intelligence.
Desired profile
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Advisory or Tech Consulting roles, preferably in the HRIS management industry.
- Strong technical background with a clear appetite for Artificial Intelligence, automation, cloud or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, HR, Finance or related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English. Comfortable working in international environments.
- Ability to combine technical depth with strong client-facing communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong digital/HRIS/cloud background (SAP SuccessFactors knowledge would be a good asset).
- Willingness to travel across Europe and internationally as required.
- Available within 3 to 6 months.
