To support our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a Lead Consultant SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, based in Switzerland.

Your mission

As a Lead Consultant SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, you will act as a functional and technical reference on SAP HCM and Payroll topics, with a strong focus on Swiss Payroll.
You will lead Payroll-related streams, drive solution design and support clients from strategy to go-live, while mentoring consultants and contributing to Arago’s Payroll practice.

Your responsibilities

Project & Delivery Leadership
* Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC / EC Payroll and SAP HCM / ECP implementations
* Own the Payroll stream on projects, ensuring quality, timelines and compliance
* Act as the Swiss Payroll subject-matter expert, guaranteeing alignment with local regulations and best practices
* Supervise and validate solution design, configuration and integrations
* Ensure data migration strategy, execution quality and issue resolution
* Drive root cause analysis and define sustainable, scalable solutions
* Support go-live, hypercare phases and major system upgrades


Client Advisory & Governance
* Act as a trusted advisor for clients on Payroll and HRIS topics
* Lead client workshops, steer change requests and contribute to roadmap definition
* Participate in project estimations, delivery governance and risk management
* Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership development


Team & Practice Development
* Provide functional guidance and mentoring to consultants and senior consultants
* Contribute to the development of Arago’s Payroll & HRIS offers
* Support pre-sales activities (solution design, demos, proposals)
* Drive knowledge sharing initiatives (webinars, workshops, internal communities)

Desired profile

Your profile

You have hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and you feel comfortable taking ownership of Payroll topics in a client-facing environment.

What you bring:
* Strong expertise in SAP HCM (ECC and/or S/4) and SuccessFactors ECP
* Solid experience in Payroll configuration (schemas, rules, reporting)
* Experience implementing Payroll Control Center
* Experience with PTP configuration
* Experience with SAP Cloud Integration / Business Integration Builder
* Proven background in HRIS integrations and data migrations
* Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire to retire)
* Experience with Swiss Payroll is required
