We are looking for an Application Developer to support our clients in their digital transformation.
📍 In Manizales, Colombia


As an Application Developer, you will join our team to design, develop and implement custom and innovative solutions adapted to our clients’ needs.
·       You will be involved in the design and development of applications and interfaces, translating business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. You will design, develop and enhance IT interfaces between different systems, as well as extend and improve existing SAP solutions.
·       You will also take part in the implementation lifecycle, including organizing and executing tests, managing technical deployments and providing post go-live support to ensure solution stability and performance.
·       In addition, you will contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building by accompanying the transfer of knowledge, assisting in the training of users and administrators and documenting best practices and alternative solutions for future developments.
·       You will actively participate in pre-sales and advisory activities, bringing your technical expertise to support decision-making, proposing comprehensive custom development solutions and contributing to offers.
·       Finally, you will play a role in innovation and continuous improvement, building new business solutions adapted to client needs, contributing to the development of Arago tools and supporting the implementation of new products.
As part of your integration, you will benefit from training and certification to quickly integrate international projects.

Desired profile

Higher education in Computer Science, you have a solid IT background combined with Core HR knowledge.

Technical competencies
·       You have knowledge of Backend, Java 17+, APIs and SQL queries.
·       You have knowledge of FrontEnd as VueJS, Jquery, React.
·       You have a good understanding of CD/CI foundations.
·       You are comfortable with coding, development, testing and support activities.
·       You have knowledge of project management methodologies and customer relationship management.
·       You have a good level of English.

·       You have strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
·       You have a pedagogical mindset and enjoy knowledge sharing.
·       You demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills.
