To strengthen our support team, we are looking for a Senior support consultant payroll (SAP SuccessFactors) with a strong interest for RUN activities and solid payroll expertise.
📍 Location: Porto, Portugal
As a Senior support Consultant payroll, you will be a key point of contact for our clients in RUN mode, ensuring the stability, quality, and continuous improvement of payroll solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Providing Level 2 / Level 3 payroll support on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
* Managing client requests in accordance with support procedures and service quality standards
* Analyzing payroll incidents, identifying root causes, and proposing sustainable solutions
* Supporting recurring RUN activities (payroll cycles, controls, corrections, user assistance)
* Writing clear and structured responses, with follow-up by call when needed
* Collaborating closely with internal teams (project, integration, SAP) to ensure smooth resolution
* Participating occasionally in project-related activities (enhancements, evolutions, deployments) to maintain and develop functional expertise
Once onboarded, the organization of work will be primarily RUN-oriented, with a clear focus on payroll support, while maintaining exposure to project topics depending on business needs.
Beyond operational activities, you will actively contribute to Arago’s culture of customer satisfaction, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Training and certification paths (including SAP Payroll certifications) will be provided to support your integration into international environments.
Desired profile
* Senior or strong intermediate profile preferred
* Proven experience in Payroll support within an HRIS environment
* Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (required)
* Payroll Control Center expertise
* Payroll functional skills are mandatory
* Employee Central Payroll certification is a strong plus
* Knowledge of Employee Central is a plus
* Experience with SAP integrations (PTP and BIB interface, interfaces with SAP or third-party systems) is highly appreciated
* Strong interest in RUN activities and client support environments
* Comfortable working in an international and multi-country context
