Responsible for working along top executives and applying your professional expertise on various special projects. Not only you will gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience, but you will also get the chance to transform our business in one of the following areas: Strategic partnerships and Alliances, Sales & Distribution, Operations & Process Transformation, and Technical (Product Development, Actuarial, MIS)

 

In addition, you will also develop management skills and expand your professional network with the following development opportunities: Business Transformation Projects, Mentorship with Chief Officers from different functions, and Overseas exposure at Allianz Asia Pacific offices

 

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

·  Overseeing all areas of assigned function, implementing any operational changes and delivering measurable improvements.   
·  Planning, organizing, monitoring, and managing all phases of assigned business transformation projects.
·  Developing and evaluating opportunities for the creation of business cases/models
·  Assess the implications of the business change, analyze and map business processes, and identify the required actions needed to transition
·  Providing proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, or improve customer experience                                                                                                                                      

Must Have

·  Master’s degree holder with education background in related fields
·  3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the Insurance Industry, or related areas
·  Learning agility and possess critical thinking skill
·  Excellent English proficiency

 

Nice to Have

·  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect and work with a variety of people from different backgrounds
·  Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
