Working Student Product Collateral (f/m/d)

In this position you will support the Product Collateral team in delivering product marketing materials to the business. The role is based in our Frankfurt office.

What you will do

• Monthly and quarterly update key marketing fund/strategy presentations
• Communicate with Product Specialists and Portfolio Managers regarding data/information requirements
• Order reports from our data provider/managing relationship with data provider
• Use internal tools and platforms to source relevant data/information
• Update presentations with all relevant data/information including performance, risk and corporate data, personnel, AuM, etc.
• Proofread fund presentations/marketing collateral
• Deal with third parties/external agencies
• Create or redesign presentation slides
• Work with Compliance to ensure materials are approved for distribution
• Clearly communicate status updates to team members and counterparts
• Manage daily tasks and duties in a timely fashion, ensuring a high standard is maintained
• Assist with project tasks
• Manage translation processes.

What you bring

• You are fluent in German and have strong knowledge of English
• You have experience with MS Office
• Ability to communicate clearly, including communicating challenges and issues as they arise
• Team player
• Keen attention to detail
• Understanding of and interest in Marketing, Finance and the Asset Management industry.
