Key responsibilities  

• • Support the management team in their daily business activities
  • Responsibility to work independently and reliably on given tasks
  • Creation of presentations for the top management
  • You will have the opportunity to take lead in internal projects at your own initiative
  • Planning and organization of Off-and On-Site events for 50+ people
  • Proactive involvement in our projects including client communication and interaction
  • Support of our different service clusters to develop products and elaborate on new project Approaches

Key requirements

• • Interest in Project- and Program Management methods, process development and continuous improvement strategies
  • Good analytical skills and open communication style - first project experiences as advantage
  • Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
  • Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, first experience with conceptual implementation preferred
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Interest in Life Insurance and/or Asset Management consulting Interest in the Insurance Industry 
  • You are willing to support us as a working student - part time (20 h/week) - for a period of at least 12 month
  • Enrollment in a University for the duration of the contract for working students
  • Operational business and/ or consultancy experience is desirable
  • You live in Munich or surrounding area
