We are currently seeking a dedicated working student for our office in Frankfurt am Main. If you are available for 20 working hours per week starting on June 1, 2025, we look forward to receiving your application!

 

Our team is the central point of contact for external portfolio managers from all over the world. The responsibility for the (administrative) management of master KVG mandates for our institutional clients forms the core of this position.

 

What you will do

 

·  Coordinate work with internal specialist departments to ensure efficient and effective processes in all areas of the institutional fund business – including risk management, investment compliance, trade support and accounting
·  Monitor compliance with the investment guidelines in the portfolios, clarify any breaches with the portfolio managers and the compliance department and assess their financial impact
·  Work closely with account management to develop customized solutions (e.g. reports, data) that are tailored to the needs of our clients.

 

What you bring

 

·  Enrolled student of economics (or a comparable field of study) – at least two completed semesters
·  Interest in asset management, ideally proven by internships
·  Good written and spoken language skills (both German and English) are a must
·  Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
·  Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate and work in a team.
