JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support of the project management team in general administrative activities .
Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings.
Preparation and maintenance of project documentation.
Planning and task tracking during the project execution phase.
Support in project controlling.
Support in process optimization.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Enrolled student in STEM disciplines.
Interest in learning about the management of IT projects.
Very good MS Office skills.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Independent and result-oriented way of working.
You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week).

An attractive monthly salary of 1.700 € (Bachelor students) or 1.900 € (Master students) for working students on a full-time basis
