About the Job
 

We are seeking a creative and motivated Working Student Bot Designer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in designing and developing conversational bots that enhance user experiences across various platforms. You will work closely with our experienced designers and developers to create intuitive, efficient, and engaging bot interactions that align with our business goals.

 

What you do

 

·  Assist in the design and development of conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
·  Contribute to the creation of user personas and scenarios to inform bot design.
·  Participate in usability testing and iterate on bot designs based on feedback.
·  Assist in the creation of design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and interaction models.
·  Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in bot design and AI technologies.
·  Support the team in maintaining and updating existing bot designs.

What you bring
 

·  Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
·  Strong interest in conversational AI, and digital technologies.
·  Basic understanding of Voicebot, Chatbot platforms and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
·  Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
·  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
·  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
·  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
