JOB PURPOSE/ROLE
The role within the Third Party Channels Team involves managing operational relationships with distributors to ensure smooth business operations in the markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling policy contract operations, from issuance to payments, and promptly resolving any issues that may impact customer investments. This position offers the opportunity to grow and take on principal ownership responsibilities for certain distributors or business types. Identify and propose process improvement and simplification. Participating as key Operations stakeholder expert to development or improvement Project where Operations role is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide operational support to the Italian branch for all third-party channels
• Assist in project management and implementation
• Manage new business, post-sale activities, and payments
• Serve as a liaison with IT Provider or external outsourcers
• Collaborate closely with the team to optimize operational processes
• Provide support to the AGL sales and Marketing team
• Support the Head of Italian Branch Operations and Business Analyst in new projects
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KEY SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent certificates and experience
• 3+ years experience in Operations
• Strong knowledge of AML activities
• Strong complex process knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage complex situations
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and support management in decision-making
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Office Suite and basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar tools
• Fluent in Italian, high-level proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders. Other languages is a plus
