Job description

Key Responsibilities:

·  Ensure and manage the relationship with the users/customers of the company's vehicles,
·  Mainly by telephone but also through written communication means, in order to solve the problem in a timely manner.
·  Professional and efficient manner to deal with their enquiries concerning the vehicles they use (Predominantly in relation to carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs).
·  Receive, analyze and deal with requests received from customers;
·  Follow up on all cases handled to minimize costs and downtime.
·  Professionally handle user/customer requests in a manner that ensures a balance between minimizing costs and customer satisfaction in terms of vehicle use and certainty of receiving all contractual services.
·  Communication with users/customers, how to deal with their requests, and response times.
·  To collaborate on a permanent basis both with colleagues in the Dept. Operations, as well as with those in Dep. Commercial/
·  Sales in order to efficiently manage all cases.
·  Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's image in the eyes of customers and partners by

 

Requirements :

·  English languages knowledge B2/ C1 level, both written and verbal –mandatory;
·  Outstanding analytical skills;
·  High personal responsibility, enthusiasm and dynamism
·  Problem-solving Champion & solution driven;
·  MS Office full-time friend;
·  Enthusiastic, egger to learn ,with the ability to connect well with the people
·  Agile in complex situations;
·  Proactive attitude and team spirit.
