Job description
Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Technical Skill Requirement: Mandatory
· Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 5-7 -years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
· Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills.
· Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript is a plus.
· Working knowledge of CRM interoperability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
· Proficiency in C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, T-SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight.
Desirable/Good to Have
· Knowledge in DevOps concepts and cloud domain
· Experience in Agile methodology.
· Good to have Adobe Experience Manager content management system experience
· Knowledge in AWS
· Experience in implementing solutions with OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) user authentication and authorisation
