Student Assistant in Claims (15-20 hours per week)

We are looking for a Student Assistant in our Claims team, based in Stockholm or Copenhagen.

The Impact You Will Have  

Reporting to the Regional Head of Claims, you will gain valuable experience in claims processes, where you will manage administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our claims department. You will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with various departments, providing numerous opportunities to learn and develop your skills. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

· 
Creating and updating claims records to ensure accurate and timely information. 

· 
Managing subrogation and vendor updates within the CLAWS system. 

· 
Conducting payments and sanctions checks to maintain compliance. 

· 
Handling bordereaux and statements to facilitate smooth transactions. 

· 
Performing quarterly follow-up actions to ensure ongoing efficiency. 

· 
Assisting with day-to-day administrative duties to support the team. 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

· 
You will be based in either Stockholm or Copenhagen and should be available to work 15-20 hours per week. 

· 
You must be fluent in English and have Swedish or Danish as your mother tongue. 

· 
You need to be a current student, preferably studying law. 

· 
In this role, you should be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills. 

· 
Being proactive in asking questions and seeking clarification is encouraged. 

· 
You will handle administrative tasks within the claims process. 

· 
Familiarity with IT systems and a basic understanding of AI applications is advantageous. 

· 
We prefer that you work in the office, where you will engage in an international environment with access to various departments, providing significant learning opportunities.
