This role is responsible to carry out operational audits to evaluate adequacy of control environment of business owner and to ensure compliance with standard policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

You'll be responsible for:

• To conduct, review and recommend improvement to existing internal control system as well as monitor the effects of risk exposures on all significant areas.
• To prepare audit reports that reflect audit’s results and recommend action plans / constructive solutions on audit findings.
• To conduct follow up audit to monitor management’s response to the issues raised.
• Assist in preparation of various assurances reporting to Audit Committee/ Regional / Group Audit Office and participation of projects in advisory capacity.
   

Important to your success:

• Degree in Accounting or any Finance related discipline. A degree in Actuarial Science is highly prefered. 
• Proficient in principles and practices of accounting and audit standards, methodologies and regulatory requirements as well as knowledge in techniques related to the financial services industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in insurance industry or related discipline in financial institution.
• Strong analytical skills and results oriented with effective report writing skills and be prepared to travel.
