About the role

·  Enable strategic workforce decision making through forecasting talent supply and demand based on historical voluntary employee attrition and retirement as well considering the business strategic initiatives and trends (e.g. digitalisation, regulatory).
·  Support the business determination of future roles and capabilities required by the organisation for the next 3-5 years through strategic capability planning workshops and education.
·  Lead the effective integration of skills management systems to systematically capture, assess, and develop employee skills.
·  Collaborate with People & Culture functions to design and execute thorough action plans to address identified skill gaps. Focus on sourcing strategies, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives, along with cultural initiatives designed to attract and retain the desired talent.
·  Design, implement and track regular reporting progress on enterprise and divisional action planning at a local and Group level.
·  Consult and support the business by advising on best in class workforce planning principles and techniques and sharing insights from other strategic workforce planning projects in the Group.
·  Support Group, Senior Management and Board presentations on strategic capability planning progress and strategic direction.

 

About you

·  Demonstrated experience in a strategic workforce planning role within a large, complex organisation.
·  Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints while sustaining outcomes.
·  Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies in information.
·  Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, and evaluate options for decision-making. Advanced analytical and Excel skills, with proven experience in data insights and reporting.
·  Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence.
