Strategic Program Manager (12 months contract) – Consumer – Sydney, NSW

About the role:

Leading and shaping strategic Consumer programs, partnering with Senior Leaders to prioritize initiatives, drive meaningful impact, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Designing and maintaining a structured program and change management framework, fostering collaboration, adaptability, and seamless coordination across teams.
·
Guiding and supporting frontline teams through change, ensuring smooth transitions, clear communication, and a people-centred approach to implementation.
·
Creating an inclusive and empowering environment, inspiring teams to embrace innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success.
·
Providing visionary leadership and advocacy, ensuring customer perspectives remain central to decision-making while strengthening cross-functional partnerships.
About you:

A purpose-driven and strategic leader, with extensive experience in program management within insurance or financial services, and a passion for shaping impactful solutions.
·
Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading transformative, high-impact initiatives with confidence and agility.
·
An expert in change management and organizational transformation, with a natural ability to influence, engage, and inspire diverse stakeholders.
·
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate project value, optimize resources, and drive sustainable business growth.
·
A collaborative and empowering communicator, skilled at building relationships, co-creating strategies, and fostering long-term success through connection and shared vision.
