About the role

·  Manage the interpretation and implementation of the Allianz brand across Allianz Australia, in line with Group guidelines to meet global and local market objectives.
·  Advise on best practice application of the brand through managing the brand inboxes and agency consultations.
·  Execute brand projects end to end, ensuring that all campaigns and/or assets are being delivered on time and on budget.
·  Plan and execute events and conferences from beginning to end, ensuring all events are unique, on time, and on budget.
·  Negotiate effectively with agency partners and event suppliers to deliver the best return on investment for event spend.
·  Develop an events management framework for each event to include project plans, business cases, briefing notes, and necessary compliance sign-off.

 

About you

·  Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
·  Significant experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, Events Management or a related role either within a corporate or brand agency environment.
·  Comprehensive understanding of brand management principles and how they apply within a business environment.
·  Demonstrated commercial focus and acumen within brand and events space, with strong budget management capabilities.
·  Proven experience working to tight timeframes and with multiple stakeholders within a matrix reporting environment.
·  Strong relationship management skills.
·  Demonstrated ability to consult with, partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, to establish strong professional relationships and influence strong business outcomes.
·  Comprehensive understanding of risk management, the relevant regulatory and compliance requirements for AAL.
