Job description

What you do

·  Build and maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders in scope (Product Owner, Scrum Team)
·  Support the Scrum Team, Product Owner and Organization during product development and throughout the sprints, and keep all parties on track and informed
·  Find methods to effectively manage, arrange and optimize the product backlog.
·  Help communicate the Product Owner’s Wishlist to the project team.
·  Organize scrum events and ceremonies as necessary.
·  Lead and coach scrum adoption to the Scrum team. Build effective relationship with the Scrum Team and Product Owner
·  Coach, mentor and support the Scrum Team in Agile best practices
·  Support on the technical implementation of user stories
·  Implement changes and steps to increase the Scrum team’s productivity and identify opportunities to improve processes/implement best practices
·  Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.

What you bring

·  Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects which incorporate a significant systems component
·  Experience in Agile development of projects - SAFe in particular
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Confidence to drive, make decisions and act autonomously.
·  Effective teams management skills
·  Formal agile training
·  Sound knowledge of insurance/financial services or other commercial/corporate environment
·  Insurance Business Knowledge
·  Insurance Systems Knowledge
·  Adaptable to change
·  Comfortable with ambiguity
·  Operate comfortably at all levels of the organization.
·  Aptitude and interest in continuous improvement
·  Pro-active and outcome focused
·  Efficient, fast paced work style
·  Capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environment.
·  Ability to work at strategic levels"
·  Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written in English
