About the Job
At Allianz Technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a fundamental pillar of our Information Security strategy. We are seeking a Senior One Identity Application Developer to join our global IAM team, playing a key role in managing and optimizing IAM operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our access management solutions remain efficient, secure, and resilient against attackers, all while aligning with audit requirements to protect Allianz Group’s IT services. What you do
- Administration and configuration of our One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services
- System maintenance and execution of operational tasks
- Incident analysis, problem and change process handling for our IAM services
- Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting our IAM services
- Regular documentation and update of IAM processes and operating procedures within our collaboration tools (Jira, Wiki)
What you bring
- Hands-on experience with modern IGA software tools like One Identity Manager (strongly preferred), SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager or similar. Preferably experience with SAP-related implementations.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, security, risks, and governance, along with expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and MS-SQL database technologies.
- Proficiency in automation and monitoring using PowerShell scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, and Pipelines, as well as working with Windows and Linux servers and network technologies (DNS, TCP/IP).
- Experience with incident analysis/handling, collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, engineers, and customers, and documenting processes for enterprise-scale environments.
- Problem-solving skills to handle demanding and unfamiliar situations, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and willingness to support new team members while staying up to date with new trends and technologies in IT security and IAM.
- At least 3 years of experience in system administration and IT operations, including performance management of applications, databases and infrastructure.
- Degree in Informatics, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable work experience, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
