Defining, analyzing, documenting, managing application requirements at the project level/day to day business needs to deliver effective business solutions.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Responsible to translate the business requirements into technical documents and business diagram in compliance with Allianz prescribed standards in order to facilitate the development of accurate functional specification.
  • Delivery of the documentation in accordance with the timeline.
  • Acting as an intermediary between business units, technology teams and support teams.
  • Tests and documents solutions.
  • Coordinate user acceptance test until signoff.
  • Support business units to conduct application training upon system go live.
  • Monitor and manage all change requests from business units assigned.
  • End-to-end involvement from project scoping, system readiness for UAT and production roll-out, project implementation and post project implementation to stabilization.
  • Ensure the outcomes/delivery of project are in accordance with digital roadmap.


Important to your success:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any discipline with Computer Science/ Information Technology preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge on Life Insurance products & operations.
  • User Requirement gathering and Requirement Document Lifecycle management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Experienced in using AI tools such as chatgpt for process improvement and simplification
