Senior Analyst-Workplace Services

Job description

·  Hands-on experience with DevOps practices.
·  Microsoft MCSA /MCSE or MCITP / MCTS certified.
·  Good understanding of ITIL V3 Concepts.
·  Good understanding of application packaging.
·  Good understanding of application lifecycle management.
·  Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
·  Deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies.
·  Experience in managing 3rd party service providers.
·  Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills.
·  Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline.
·  Customer-service-oriented approach

Technical

·  Desktop Infrastructure (Good knowledge in Application packaging ,Windows 11, MS office 365, PowerShell, Intune , GPO)
·  Knowledge on Cloud VDI, Powershell scripting
·  Windows Server (Intermediate knowledge in Windows server, Active directory, Exchange server, Group policy and App-v)
·  Knowledge of tools and technologies SharePoint, Intune(Must have), ServiceNow, Azure AD, is an advantage.

 

Added advantage

·  Excellent Knowledge in Windows Operating System.
·  Good understanding about VDI infrastructure and Intune is desirable.
·  Good to understand of application packaging.
·  Basic understanding of C#.
