We are looking to hire a Sales Manager (24-month contract) who will be in charge of client engagement and other sales activities.
This role is based in Singapore.
What you will do
· Support Retail Distribution with a focus on SG IFA and Insurance sectors.
· Manage accounts within the IFA and insurance markets
· Address distributor requests for sales and marketing, including campaign support, pitch books, relationship building, and presentations
· Coordinate the dissemination of Corporate Actions, Dividend Announcements, Prospectus updates, AGM forms, and Financial Reports
· Provide fund information to Platform Information Providers
· Offer operational support by liaising with HK Distribution Ops and local Transfer Agents
· Collaborate with the Client Services team to manage accounts
· Update RFP templates, due diligence questionnaires, and related documents
· Conduct KYC processes, including onboarding, monitoring, reviews, and offboarding
· Oversee account openings, acting as the main liaison between clients and Ops/Transfer Agents
What you bring
· University Graduates, ideally in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
· 3-5 years of experience in sales/client services, preferably within asset management
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· familiar with Bloomberg and Morningstar (Micropal)
· Ability to analyze competitive landscapes and provide product differentiation and positioning
· Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
· Customer service skills, with strong passion for sales
· Detail-oriented, patient, and an effective listener
· Collaborative team player
· Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
· Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
