As a Product Owner Access Management, you'll be at the forefront of integrating DevOps principles into our security and identity systems, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.

 

 

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders and your team to deliver maximum value to our customers, using agile methodologies to drive success. You'll also collaborate with the Identity LifeCycle & Access Provisioning (ILAP) teams and IAM Security Architects, helping to shape the future of identity and access management at a global scale. What you do

 

·  Strategic DevOps Implementation : Introduce DevOps aligned with organizational goals and culture, focusing on process evaluation to identify improvement areas.
·  Team Collaboration : Form a cross-functional team from both development and operations to break down silos and promote shared responsibility.
·  Automation & Tools : Identify automation opportunities and leverage tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker for process efficiency.
·  CI/CD Pipeline Implementation : Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and ensure faster, more reliable releases.
·  Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous product improvement based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
·  Collaboration & Guidance : Collaborate with other Product Owners and provide guidance on global roll-out roadmap and backlog prioritization.
·  Non-Functional Requirements & Agility : Ensure fulfillment of non-functional requirements (performance, data protection, IT security, usability) and promote the Agile "You Build it – You Run it" mindset.

 

 

What you bring

 

·  Identity & Access Management : Experience in Identity & Access Management and several years as a DevOps Engineer and/or Product Owner.
·  DevOps Expertise : Sound knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
·  Cloud Knowledge : Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
·  Agile & Project Management : Strong project management skills and experience in agile product development.
·  Analytical & Problem-Solving : Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
·  Teamwork & Communication : Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication skills, and independent, structured working capabilities.
·  Education & Certification : Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field; Certified Product Owner.
