Job description

If you are passionate about DevOps and Identity & Access Management , we have an exciting opportunity for you! As a Product Owner for Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM) , you'll be at the forefront of integrating DevOps principles into our security and identity systems, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.

 

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders and your team to deliver maximum value to our customers, using agile methodologies to drive success. You'll also collaborate with the Identity LifeCycle & Access Provisioning (ILAP) teams and IAM Security Architects , helping to shape the future of identity and access management at a global scale. What will make you succeed in this position?

·  Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field
·  Certified as Product Owner
·  Experience in the field of Identity & Access Management
·  Several years of professional experience as DevOps Engineer and/or Product Owner
·  Sound knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
·  Experience in the development and management of CI/CD pipelines
·  Knowledge of cloud environments (such as AWS and Azure)
·  Strong project management and agile product development skills
·  Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
·  Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
·  Independent and structured way of working

 

Your mission in the role will be:

·  Introducing DevOps into an organization involves a strategic approach that aligns with the organization's goals and culture.
·  Evaluate your current development and operations processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
·  Form a team that includes members from both development and operations. This team should work collaboratively to break down silos and foster a culture of shared responsibility.
·  Identify automation opportunities and utilize existing automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.
·  Implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure that code changes are automatically tested and deployed, leading to faster and more reliable releases.
·  Encourage a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
·  Ensure high-quality, iterative delivery of product increments, considering customer and stakeholder feedback to achieve continuous product improvement.
·  Collaborate with other Product Owners and provide guidance on global roll-out roadmap/backlog prioritization.
·  Ensure fulfillment of non-functional requirements of the solution, such as performance, data protection, IT security and ergonomics/usability.
·  Enthusiastic about agility in Business and IT and the cultivation of an Agile “You Build it – You Run it” team.
