Are you passionate about enhancing efficiency in procurement and administration? Allianz Partners Thailand is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Procurement Management: Oversee the purchase of goods and services, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
·  Vendor Management: Recruit and select new vendors, negotiate terms, compare prices to maximize organizational benefits, and manage the Vendor List system to ensure quality and reliability.
·  Contract Management: Define purchase terms and conditions, focusing on payment and delivery timelines to meet company standards.
·  Delivery Oversight: Monitor and verify delivery schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
·  Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new procedures to enhance departmental and organizational efficiency.
·  Administrative Support: Coordinate procurement documents, manage storage, issue administrative documents, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
·  Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management of office supplies and IT hardware to ensure availability and efficient use of resources.

 

Qualifications:

·  Education: Vocational Certificate or higher.
·  Experience: Prior experience in procurement is highly valued.
·  Experience with inventory management and SAP Ariba is an advantage.
·  Skills: Strong coordination abilities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to grasp main points quickly.
