Job role
The Pricing and Planning team is part of the Allianz Technology Finance function. The team is responsible to ensure profitability and commercial competitiveness of all Allianz Technology services as well as to drive continuous simplification of pricing models. The Pricing and Reporting Analyst role includes following activities:
What you will do
· Pricing analysis and approval in project’s workflow.
· Every new service that requires a new price or price change coming from the Service Manager is to be analyzed and, if in line with customer and AZ Technology needs, it will be presented to Management/Board in Munich.
· Organize and execute detailed analysis of all AZ Technology services: product configuration and current pricing, financial analysis of the profitability of the service over time, price competitiveness compared with the market, impact of the service on consumption behaviors, and cost reductions for the group.
· Conducts and coordinates with external sources to provide accurate benchmark points for various services and products.
· Identify and qualify improvement levers for cost efficiency.
· Master data maintenance (create and update/change materials, prices, and rate card materials).
· Ad hoc requests via email or ticketing system.
· Pricing presentations for the management team and Headquarter in Munich.
· Actively deliver presentations during management meetings and answer to approvers' questions.
What you bring
· Professional experience in Pricing area, Cost Analysis, or Controlling (3–5 years).
· Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT Finance, or a related area.
· Experience in project cost management.
· Experience in regular financial reporting tasks.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
· SAP knowledge.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues and build rapport with management.
· Strong presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations for management and board-level audiences.
· High analytical skills.
· Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-changing environment.
· Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, innovative, and target-driven.
