What you do
The jobholder:
- Is a specialist in questions regarding technical contract / policy design and documentation of special agreements in trade credit insurance contracts
- Monitors contracts in progress
- Processes and decides on contract amendments that are not relevant to premiums
- Process turnover declarations (incl chasing and consistency checks)
- Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in Allianz Trade
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
- Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
- Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
- Maintains Policy Admin Data

- School education: Minimum A-Level
- Education: commercial education, preferably insurance
- Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
- Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
- Knowledge of accounting processes would be a plus
Technical knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word)
