What you do

The jobholder:

• Is a specialist in questions regarding technical contract  / policy design and documentation of special agreements in trade credit insurance contracts
• Monitors contracts in progress
• Processes and decides on contract amendments that are not relevant to premiums 
• Process turnover declarations (incl chasing and consistency checks)
• Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in Allianz Trade
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
• Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
• Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
• Maintains Policy Admin Data

• School education: Minimum A-Level
• Education: commercial education, preferably insurance 
• Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration
• Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
• Knowledge of accounting processes would be a plus

Technical knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word)
