Job description
What you do
- The jobholder is a specialist in questions regarding technical contract/ policy design and documentation of special agreements in trade credit insurance contracts
- The jobholder monitors contracts in progress
- The jobholder processes and decides on contract amendaments that are not relevant to premiums
- The jobholder process turnover declarations (incl chasing and consistency checks)
- Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in Allianz Trade
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
- Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
- Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
- Maintaines Policy Admin Data
What you bring
- School education: Minimum A-Level
- Education: commercial education, preferably insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting or business administration
- Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
- Knowledge of accounting processes would be a plus
- Technical knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word)
