Job description

 

What you do 

  • The jobholder is a specialist in questions regarding technical contract/ policy design and documentation of special agreements in trade credit insurance contracts
  • The jobholder monitors contracts in progress
  • The jobholder processes and decides on contract amendaments that are not relevant to premiums
  • The jobholder process turnover declarations (incl chasing and consistency checks)
  • Response to queries in a timely and efficient manner to promote a customer-oriented culture in Allianz Trade
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports as per agreed timeline, to facilitate end markets’ review and analysis
  • Ensure KPI figures are met as per agreed SLAs
  • Offer support to new team members and share knowledge and best practices
  • Maintaines Policy Admin Data

 

What you bring 

  • School education: Minimum A-Level
  • Education: commercial education, preferably insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance accounting or business administration
  • Credit Insurance knowledge (including Products and Services offered)
  • Knowledge of accounting processes would be a plus
  • Technical knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word)
