PMO Business Partner

Job description

Part of Project Portfolio Operations Team within Business Transformation Management, the role of PMO BP is to provide management support to transformation and delivery managers, working closely with delivery teams and cross-functional teams (finance, controlling, vendor management etc) and central teams.

What will make you succeed in this position?

· 
Experiences required: 3-5 years.

·  Highly motivated, quick learner, good communicator, autonomous, willing to grow.
·  Advanced skills in Ms Excel and PowerPoint, reporting tools, ServiceNow, SAP is a plus.
·  Good understanding of project management methodologies ( waterfall, agile), project economics and project controlling.

 

Your mission in the role will be:

·  Support BTM with Line of Business portfolio economics (Budget/Actuals/Forecast)
·  Coordinate data consolidation activities (actuals, remaining deliverables, associated run costs etc), perform quality checks and own the final view
·  Preparation of steering committees, documentation, follow-up actions
·  Project approval documentation, elaboration of business case
·  Alignment of the practices with PMO BP colleagues for other lines of business
·  Continuous improvements and ad-hoc requirements
