Job role
Highly motivated PMO within Business Enablement focusing on the area of Staffing & Resource Management. The role implies matching the right people on the right projects for Allianz Consulting. The staffing and skill management ensures profitable / sustainable workforce planning and effective data management to identify consultants whose skills best align with our project.

What will you do
· Collaborating with project leaders, Engagement Managers, and Partners to identify and assign the best possible team composition for projects.
· Coordinating availability, managing the pitching process, and supporting staffing decisions on a weekly basis.
· Enhancing skill management processes and identifying potential talent needs to enable skill-based project staffing both now and in the future.
· Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on staffing and skill-related data to ensure high data quality, consistency, and actionable insights that support reliable decision-making and strategic planning.
· Managing operational tasks and addressing ad hoc requests related to skill management, including searching consultant profiles, mapping skills to projects, and managing correspondence through the team mailbox.
· Driving continuous process improvements by developing ideas to refine existing processes and proactively identifying opportunities for change.
· Contributing to projects aimed at advancing Staffing & Resource Management within the organization.
What you bring
· 3–5+ years of experience in operational business, staffing and resource management, or management consulting.
· Proven expertise in project management, change management, or business transformation, including initiative development and rollout. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and independently.
· Fluency in English and German (preferred), with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations and reports.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint Online and MS Dynamics (preferred)
You have
· University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
· Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences and senior leadership levels (Experience in senior stakeholder management)
· Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, international team environment.
