Job description

We are looking for an HR generalist (m/f/d) for the local Human Resources team, which is currently in a transformation phase. We are therefore looking for someone who is used to and comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and is able to adapt to a constantly changing culture. The work location is in Wallisellen and in Bern-Liebefeld with one day of presence per week each.

 

What you do

 

·  Responsible for the administration, under the guidance of the Senior HR Generalist and Functional HRBP, as applicable. Handle personnel administrative tasks, such as recording accident reports and maintaining employee data in systems like Abacus and SuccessFactors.
·  Serve as the point of contact for local administrative HR inquiries from employees. Engage with various external stakeholders, such as corporate benefits providers. Coordinate with external certificate tool providers.
·  Supporting HR Team in all topics and projects as needed. Create monthly HR reports and statistics for the corporate headquarters as well as WFM. Administer the stock process and liaise with the HR Controlling Team.
·  Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees from local HR side.
·  Prepare certificates, contracts, and addendums, including the execution of employment contracts and contract amendments.
·  Engage in HR projects like employee surveys and the HR portal development, acknowledging that success relies on corporate collaboration and local adaptation. Support the One Team HR Initiative with Medi24 by onboarding employees, facilitating knowledge transfer, and coordinating tasks.

What you bring

 

·  Work experience in HR environment
·  Good know-how of Swiss social insurance and labor laws
·  Understanding and handling of HR IT products like SuccessFactors, Abacus, as well as MS Office
·  Swiss certificate of HR Assistance and (preferred) "HR Fachausweis"
·  Analytic and problem solving skills
·  Flexibility
·  Team player, open, emphatic and proactive attitude
·  Proficiency in German and English
