Job Summary and Purpose

The Thailand Medical Network Executive will manage and expand Allianz’s Medical Provider networks in Thailand. You will onboard providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective medical services. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, contributing to Allianz’s growth and strategic goals in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities / What You Do

·  Negotiate and enhance contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with MPM regulations.
·  Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers to support network growth and efficiency.
·  Achieve local, regional, and global KPIs by driving savings and managing network performance.
·  Oversee the accuracy and timely updates of provider data and network lists.
·  Collaborate with internal teams (TPA Claims, medical assistance) to resolve network-related issues like billing, payments, and cost containment.
·  Communicate proactively with healthcare providers to address inquiries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
·  Organize training sessions for providers and conduct post-contract evaluations to ensure alignment with Allianz’s standards.
·  Participate in specialized projects to improve network management and performance.
·  Ensure adherence to Allianz’s policies and procedures, upholding the company’s reputation.

 

Key Requirements / What You Bring

·  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Insurance, Healthcare, or a related field.
·  3+ years of experience in network administration, preferably within hospitals, insurance companies, or TPAs.
·  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
·  Strong organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
·  Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
·  Native Thai with fluent English (written and spoken).
·  Knowledge of the local medical and healthcare industry.
·  Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
·  Proactive, flexible, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
