KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

·  Preauthorization of in-patient treatment.
·  Aggressive cost containment through tight adjudication, correct evaluation of medical appropriateness and successful negotiation.
·  Case management of complex high value cases.
·  Maintain relationships with brokers/clients/providers.
·  Medical claims reviews.
·  Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within team (please refer to the Company`s Safety Statement for full list of responsibilities).
·  Ad hoc duties.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

·  Registered Nurse
·  Clinical Nursing or Bedside Experience  is required.
·  Experience supporting the Emergency Room/Department is required
·  Previous Medical Claims Review experience is an advantage but not required
·  Fluent English- Any other language is a plus.
·  Experience within the insurance industry, ideally in healthcare.
·  Negotiation experience.
·  Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
·  Can work  Onsite  in Makati City for the first 6 months,  Hybrid  after
