Nice to know

To support the IT division via business controlling and management of all financial aspects related to IT Procurement, OPEX and CAPEX expenditures. The successful applicant will be responsible for the completion of monthly management and financial reporting both locally and for relevant Regional and Global regular reporting requirements, for planning (quarterly re-budgeting process) and analysis of information for the IT department. They will review and challenge the IT function and all other functions where technology is deployed or leveraged via financial analysis and assessment and drive informed decision making

Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

·  Act as IT finance controller to manage and control anything related to Finance in IT department i.e. budget, expense, asset management, etc.
·  Act as Single point of contact on any related to IT finance with other departments.
·  Develop consolidated monthly management reporting for IT departments, liaising with the Finance and Accounting teams to accurately capture department costs.
·  Develop and complete variation analysis for IT comparing actuals to prior periods and budget / forecast.
·  Develop the strong working process i.e. budget control, budget planning etc. with finance and accounting team to follow the regional IT guideline.
·  Develop financial and non-financial KPIs for reporting and analysis across IT departments.
·  Further develop and enhance existing management reporting templates and implement new management reporting according to business needs, including variance commentary
·  Format reporting into PowerPoint presentations used for management presentation.
·  Analyze the impact of actual costs versus plan, as applicable.
·  Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis for specific projects and cost elements as requested by Core Management Team members, Corporate Controlling and others as required.
·  Lead and co-ordinate the IT teams’ budget process – costs, CAPEX programs, etc.
·  Own and manage the budget on an ongoing basis and challenge variances via business partnering with IT teams.
·  Manage all IT asset and ensure it's up to date.
·  Support Heads Business Units, Finance & Accounting and IT in the preparation of supporting documents for Executive Board in relation to IT department costs and spend.
·  Participate in the area of security and audit where it's required.
·  Working closely with security, risk, compliance, audit team to ensure the gaps can be closed according to the request in the agreed schedule.

Must Have

·  Graduated in degree
·  At least 5 years’ experience in Finance and controller– within Financial Services / Insurance industries
·  Financial & Management reporting and analysis experience (3-year minimum)
·  Knowledge in accounting management

Nice to Have

·  Basic knowledge of IT is required
·  Strong analytical, Data Management and numerical skills
·  Excellent MS Office skills particularly Excel advance
·  Data software such as PowerBI, SQL
