Manager ATM & POS

Job description

What you do:

• Manage the bank's network of ATM and POS terminals.
• Lead projects related to the modification of existing functionalities or the introduction of new functionalities for ATM and POS terminals.
• Participate in certification projects with international card organizations.
• Organize and oversee the inventory of ATM and POS devices, ensuring proper registration in the bank's systems and with Borica.
• Negotiate financial terms for merchant services provided by the bank.
• Handle communication with external companies regarding deliveries, installations, servicing, and security procedures.
• Prepare reports on the POS and ATM network.
• Monitor the efficiency of the network.
• Assist the branch network with the preparation of POS terminals.
• Participate in internal bank training sessions for employees.
• Develop proposals for ATM installations at new locations

What you bring:

• A higher education degree in economics or technical fields.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ATM or POS systems.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset - data analysis skills.
• Skills related to AI technologies such as ChatGPT.
