What do we expect you to bring?

 

·  Actively managing business project portfolio and supporting business leaders in various projects
·  Provide governance and facilitation to implement initiatives aligned with company strategies
·  Developing and executing portfolio and projects in line with company strategies and business requirements
·  Actively participating in strategic planning and budgeting process
·  Manage the process of portfolio, project development and ensure timeline and budget objectives are met
·  Effectively manage scope of projects and the expectations of project stakeholders
·  Supporting team members in strategy formulation and delivery execution processes
·  Owning the governance structure and the delivery, conducting detailed analysis, overseeing business cases by considering projects’ benefits and customer experience, tracking the achievements, preparing presentations to report to Steering Committee.  
·  Conducting detailed analysis for development, implementation and improvement of portfolio management methodology
·  Monitor the delivery execution and bring change and improvements ideas for successful execution
·  Monitor SLA and customer lifecycle achievements
·  Manage risks in overall portfolio and projects and develop mitigation strategies
·  Prepare reports and presentations of the portfolio for top management
·  Ensure the application of knowledge areas in accordance with project management methodology in projects (Integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk and supply management)
·  Support the Audit and Internal Control activities carried out throughout the Bank within the scope of its field of activity and to cooperate with the relevant units for these activities

 

 

How can you make an impact?

 

·  University degree, (MBA degree is an asset)
·  Excellent command of both written & spoken English
·  Have experience in Project & Portfolio Management methodology and Agile Methods
·  Minimum 4 years of project management, business analysis or software development experience preferably in financial companies / banks
·  Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills in English
·  PMP certificate is a plus
·  Ability to work under tight deadlines and complex environment
·  Flexibility and ability to work with cross-functional and international departments/teams
·  Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives
·  Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
·  Ability to take over responsibility and drive business initiatives
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Strong analytical and excel skills
·  Desire and passion to drive change
·  Creative and with a strong attention to detail
·  Good command of written and spoken English
