What do we expect you to bring?
 

·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related departments.
·  Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and data-driven thinking skills.
·  Knowledge about product development and commissiın calculations in the insurance and BES sector,
·  Good command of English skills, both verbal and written,
·  Excellent level of knowledge in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
·  Experience in speacial software programs in the insurance sector is a must
·  Competency in time management and multi-tasking
·  Good communication and teamwork abilities.
 

How can you make an impact?

 

·  Carrying out product development activities in accordance with customer needs and business goals,
·  Cooperating with analysts and software developers regarding system developments and to carry out user tests in the implementation of product integrations and distribution channel commission and incentive models,
·  Calculating life insurance and BES commissions to be paid to intermediaries (agency, bank, broker, etc.) in accordance with the contract terms and legal regulations.
·  Analyzing existing commission calculation, payment and reporting processes and providing improvement suggestions in the processes, creating control points by evaluating risks and opportunities related to commission structures,
·  Preparing reports regarding commission payments on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and present them to the management.
·  Coordination with Business Units: Ensuring that commission payments are made accurately and on time by collaborating with sales teams, finance and accounting units.
·  Error and Dispute Management: To analyze and correct errors that may occur in commission calculations and to resolve problems by communicating with the relevant parties.
·  Audit and Controls: To provide the necessary documentation for internal and external audits and to maintain the transparency of the processes.
