Legal and Compliance Counsel

Job description

职责描述：

1. 根据相关法律法规及监管要求，向公司利益相关者提供业务导向的法律合规建议。

2. 根据本地监管及安联集团相关要求，实施公司治理体系建设相关工作，支持部门负责人作为公司的governance caretaker，落实公司治理相关要求。

3. 起草和审核监管报告、协议及其他法律文件，确保相关文件合法合规性。

4. 协助制定、修订和落实公司的合规制度和年度合规管理计划，推动合规体系的建设和优化；协助建立和强化公司的合规文化；提供法律合规培训等。

5. 协助法务合规部负责人，监测法律合规风险并开展相应的法律合规检查；监督和调查合规案件调查，进行原因分析和报告总结。

6. 协助法务合规部负责人，监督和指导子公司法务与合规工作，监测子公司法律合规风险，并对子公司开展合规检查等。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，法律相关专业

2. 8年以上大型国际公司法务与合规、或大型律师事务所公司法、商法和合同法相关工作经验；保险行业工作经验优先

3. 精通保险公司法务、合规管理相关知识技能，如商业合同的起草、审查和谈判、基本成文法及行业法律法规、监管自律政策解读、制度体系建设等

4. 熟悉公司治理体系，包括公司商业模式、组织与结构

5. 熟悉保险和金融市场知识、保险公司的业务与产品

6. 良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力

7. 取得法律职业资格证
