Job description

What you do

·  Consult with the management and employees of the bank by providing legal opinions, advice, opinions, and recommendations for the lawful conduct of the Bank's activities
·  Provide opinions on credit transactions
·  Participate in the establishment of securities in favor of the Bank
·  Prepare and coordinates draft contracts
·  Carry out procedural representation
·  Perform other actions within the scope of the functional responsibilities of the Legal Department

 

What you bring

·  Completed higher education in Law
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of contract, commercial, or property law
·  Good level of English language proficiency - both written and verbal
·  Good computer skills
·  Previous work in a bank or financial institution is an advantage
·  Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
