Job description
What you do
- Advise management and employees on the application of regulatory acts and the company's internal regulations.
- Prepare and coordinate drafts for contracts, agreements, and annexes.
- Provide opinions and consultations, offer advice and counsel on legal matters, and consult on and conduct commercial transactions.
- Prepare necessary documents for participation in public procurement procedures.
- Litigation.
- Assist in the collection of recourse claims and file lawsuits against the company's debtors.
What you bring
- Master of Law and acquired legal capacity.
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance company.
- Experience in insurance law.
- Experience in contract, commercial, and property law.
- Experience in civil and administrative litigation.
- Experience in enforcement proceedings.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
