What you do:
You are responsible for providing administrative support for learning program creation, delivery, and reporting. Provides Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology maintenance and support for learning team and business partners. Handles pre- and post-class logistics and support for learning team. Builds and sends learning surveys; performs basic analytics and inputs data for routine report generation. Maintains L&D processes/procedures and internal team SharePoint site. Other duties and project work to be performed as assigned. You will report to the Learning Advisor Manager.
· Provide administrative support for learning event creation, delivery, and monitoring. Includes: reporting, surveys, scheduling, coordinating catering and supply orders, updating internal procedures, maintaining SharePoint site, and composing communications. Act as department move coordinator.
· Provide learning technology support (SuccessFactors/Degreed/other) by adding new courses and class sessions, enrolling/completing participants, maintaining/building learning evaluations, managing user interfaces and reporting.
· Deliver virtual and in-person learning support to learning team (WebEx, Microsoft Teams); play producer role, maintains classrooms, and manages inventory.
· Build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, business partners, and learners.
· Execute with flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Provide support across broad scope of tasks with high attention to detail.
What you bring:
· 1+ years of experience required: working with Microsoft 365 Suite, scheduling, crafting communication
· High school diploma required
· You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship.
Range: $40,000 - $80,000
Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
