Lead Consultant/Sr. Business Analyst
The department Digital Customer Interaction builds and runs the international strategic platform for digital marketing and sales in the Allianz Group.
Goal of the department is to implement strategic projects together with the organizational units of the Allianz as well as to create synergies for the Allianz through harmonization of platforms. Digital Interaction offers you a unique career chance to shape the digitalization initiative of the Allianz and to be in contact with international and higher-level management. Furthermore, you will gain insights in the operational setup of the Allianz organizations and with this more career development possibilities.
An agile product owner is a key role in the development of a product. They work closely with the development team, stakeholders and customers to define and prioritize features, and ensure the final product meets the needs of the market. An agile product owner should have a strong technical background, as well as experience in product management.
Responsibilities:
· Defining and communicating the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders
· Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements in collaboration with the other product owners to align the roadmap with the technical design and the IT strategy of the Allianz Group
· Defining and maintaining a product backlog for the frontend components and for the content management system
· Ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product goals and requirements
· Collaborating with the development team to develop the best frontend components, based on design tokens and tested with variety of browsers and mobile devices, also considering accessibility requirements
· Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers
· Promote and establish Software Craftsmanship
· Contribute to the digital transformation of the Allianz Group in a community-based approach (meetups, engineering guild)
Qualifications:
· Academic degree in the areas of computer science, business informatics or similar professional experience
· Fluent spoken and written English. Additional languages like German, French and/or Spanish are an advantage
· At least 3 years of experience as frontend engineer (e.g. NPM, NodeJS, WebComponents, Angular)
· Experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud would be beneficial (Target, Analytics, Launch)
· Knowledge in build tools and source control management, e.g. Maven, NPM, Git, Webpack
· Responsive design and experience with living styleguides (e.g. Storybook)
· Performance tuning for rendering, caching, time to first rendering and interaction
· Good understanding of Visual Design and UXP
· Proven track record of delivering successful products
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Experience in an agile development environment
